In order to assist you in setting up your email account(s) with ALSAT Wireless, we have provided the following information.  You were provided with your email addresses and password(s) at the time your system was installed.  You will use that information, along with the settings below, in order to configure your email account(s).  Step-by-step instructions for the most popular email clients are available using the links above.

You may also access your email account(s) from any computer by clicking the blue "Check Web Mail" button located at the top of our homepage.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  If you are using IMAP or POP for your email reception (using Email Programs such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail etc...) please note:  It will be necessary to change your SMTP (outgoing mail) settings if you are using the default port 25 setting.  The port needs to be changed immediately to port 587.  The location of the port setting is different depending on your email program.  For Microsoft programs, it is located in the Advanced tab in Internet Email, usually found under the "Tools" tab in the email program.  Please refer to email instructions for most popular email programs located above.

Account name/User name: Your full 1&1 e-mail address
Password: Your e-mail account's password
